Every appointment at our studio is reserved for you alone: a specialist’s time, a treatment room, and preparation set aside before you arrive. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work, so it is fair to every client and every specialist.
1. CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card is required to book any appointment through our booking system. Your card is not charged at booking. It is charged only as described in this policy.
2. SERVICES
All services are non-refundable once performed. If you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll review it with you and may offer a follow-up adjustment at our discretion.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
4. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to protect the next client’s appointment, and the full service price will apply. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
5. PACKAGES
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be used only by the original purchaser.
- Each package has an expiration period, stated at the time of purchase, based on the recommended treatment schedule. Sessions not used by the expiration date are forfeited.
- The 24-hour cancellation rule applies to package sessions. A late cancellation or no-show uses up one session.
- Package pricing cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. HOME VISITS
Home visits are prepaid or charged in full when booked. Because travel time is reserved for you, cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellations will be charged the full visit price, including travel.
7. MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please tell us about any health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent injectables or fillers, or other procedures before your appointment. If your specialist decides a treatment is unsafe to perform on the day, it will be rescheduled without a cancellation fee. If a contraindication you knew about was not disclosed in advance, the late-cancellation fee may apply.
8. ACCOUNT CREDITS & GIFT CARDS
Account credits, including referral credits, have no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred.
9. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In genuine emergencies, we may offer a credit or waive a fee at our sole discretion.
10. THIRD-PARTY FEES
Payment processing and booking fees are non-refundable.
11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By booking an appointment or buying a package, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
