CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. A 24 hour reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. 

We encourage you to contact us directly by phone +1 (718) 775-5005 or email us aiza.karimova.skincare@gmail.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please avoid contacting us via social media for cancellation and rescheduling. If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, please provide us with a medical letter and your  appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.

By booking any appointment with us you acknowledge that you understand and agree with our policies. You also acknowledge that this is a elective cosmetic procedure that you may decline at any time.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hr will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services
• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you
• We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services
