Welcome to Aiza Karimova Skincare. These Terms & Conditions of Service describe how we work and what we ask of you, so that every visit is safe, comfortable, and effective. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.
1. Scope of Services
Aiza Karimova Skincare provides non-medical, non-invasive aesthetic services, including:
- facial treatments and professional skincare
- facial and buccal (intra-oral) massage
- lymphatic and body treatments
- Russian manicure and pedicure
Our specialists do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or dermatological conditions, and our services do not replace care from a physician or dermatologist.
You agree to:
- consult your physician or dermatologist about any medical or skin concern
- tell us about relevant health information before your treatment
- understand that results depend on your skin, physiology, and home care
2. Client Responsibilities
To keep your treatment safe and appropriate, you agree to:
- complete the intake form accurately and fully before your first visit
- tell us about any change in your health, medications, or skincare routine before each visit
- follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions you receive
- tell your specialist right away if you feel discomfort during a treatment
If relevant health information is not disclosed, we may decline or adjust the service.
3. Contraindications
Some conditions require medical clearance, a waiting period, or a modified treatment. Please do not book, or tell us before your visit, if any of the following applies to you.
For all services:
- fever, active infection, or a contagious condition
- recent surgery or a recent medical procedure in the treatment area
- uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- cancer under active treatment, unless cleared by your physician
- deep vein thrombosis, an active clotting disorder, or a recent embolism
- pregnancy (some services are adjusted or unavailable)
For facial and buccal treatments:
- recent injectables, fillers, threads, or energy-based treatments in the face
- current or recent use of isotretinoin, or prescription retinoids and exfoliants
- active cold sores, open wounds, sunburn, or inflamed skin in the treatment area
- recent dental work, oral surgery, or jaw conditions (for buccal massage)
For manicure and pedicure:
- nail or skin fungus, open cuts, or infection on the hands or feet
We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment when it is not appropriate for you.
4. Appointments and Payments
Arrival. Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten your treatment so that the next client is not delayed; the full service price applies.
Cancellation. By booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which is shown at booking and on our website.
Payment. A card is held securely on file through our booking system. The service fee is charged after your appointment. Some services, such as bridal packages, require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
Practitioner pricing. Prices vary by specialist. The price shown at booking is the price for the specialist you selected.
We do not bill insurance providers.
5. Nature of Service and Consent
Our treatments are hands-on and may include:
- facial, neck, décolleté, and scalp massage
- buccal (intra-oral) massage, with gloved hands, only when booked
- lymphatic and body techniques, including abdominal work, only when booked
- hand and foot care, including cuticle work
You consent to professional, therapeutic touch within the service you booked. You may ask us to change pressure, skip an area, or stop at any time.
Photos. We may ask to take before-and-after photos to track your progress. They are stored privately in your client record. We will never publish your photos without your separate written consent.
6. Results and Post-Treatment Effects
Results vary with your skin, physiology, lifestyle, and home care, and many treatments work best as a course. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic, medical, or weight-related outcomes.
Normal, temporary responses may include:
- redness, warmth, or sensitivity of the skin
- mild tenderness in the face, jaw, or treated areas
- temporary purging or breakouts after extractions or active treatments
- increased urination or mild fatigue after lymphatic work
If a reaction is unusual, severe, or lasts longer than 48 hours, contact us and consult a healthcare provider.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal details, health history, photos, and treatment notes are kept confidential and stored securely in our booking system. We do not share them without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We may decline or stop a service if:
- a contraindication is present
- a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- safety, boundaries, or professional conduct are not respected
This protects both our clients and our specialists.
9. Gift Cards, Packages, and Credits
Gift cards are non-refundable, may be transferred to another person on request, and do not expire.
Packages and punch cards are prepaid courses of treatment. They are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase, which reflects the recommended treatment schedule.
Referral credits are applied to your client account and have no cash value.
10. Minors
Clients under 18 may receive services only with a parent or legal guardian’s written consent, and the guardian must be present for the first visit.
11. Limitation of Liability
By receiving services, you acknowledge that results vary, that treatments involve physical touch and skincare products, and that you are responsible for your own health decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiza Karimova Skincare Corp is not liable for:
- reactions or complications caused by health information that was withheld
- reactions to products or ingredients you did not tell us you are sensitive to
- outcomes outside the scope of non-medical aesthetic services
12. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood these Terms & Conditions of Service
- give informed consent to the treatment you booked
- agree to our cancellation and payment policies
- accept responsibility for telling us about your health status
